Technical mastery. Each team learns a mentalism technique. Rigour, attention to detail, understanding the mechanics: as with any project, technical mastery is the foundation.
02. THE SCENARIO
Collective intelligence. The team co-builds a narrative around the secret. Who does what? How to set it up? What message to convey? This is where communication, alignment and collective creativity come to light.
03. THE PERFORMANCE
Execution under pressure. Presentation in front of the entire group. Stress management, mutual trust, the ability to convince: the team must function as a tight unit for the "illusion" — the project — to succeed.
